From the chaotic lanes of Bhilai to building a tech-driven company in Pune, Naveen Pandey’s journey is a story of relentless resilience and self-made success.
Born into an emotionally unstable middle-class family with minimal support, Naveen battled dyslexia, inconsistent schooling, and repeated setbacks — yet completed his education through sheer self-discipline. A single book became his mentor, and an unshakable belief that “everything is possible” kept him moving forward.
The Trial by Fire
Starting at 17 as a network marketer, he went on to build and lose multiple ventures — a call center, PET bottle plant, wireless mesh network, steel factory, and more. Demonetization, policy changes, and global disruptions tested him repeatedly, but he bounced back stronger each time.
He led multi-crore government skill development projects across Chhattisgarh, trained hundreds of rural youth, and navigated complex roles in sales, quality, and operations.
The Inner Shift
A transformative Vipassana experience during the pandemic brought clarity and calm. Since then, he has delivered guest lectures on Skills for Lifelong Learning, Critical & Creative Thinking, Meditation & Mindfulness, Leadership through Bhagavad Gita, and Science of Happiness at prestigious universities.
In May 2024, Naveen founded Skyroot Marktech Pvt Ltd in Pune with a clear mission: to bridge the gap between digital marketing and real business growth.
The company delivers integrated solutions in digital marketing, web development, and Personal Branding — through strategic podcasting, content, and multi-channel distribution (currently 50+ channels, scaling to 200+).
